なぜ蜂の巣除湿機を使うのか
プラスチック製品は二次品や不良品に転落し、その多くの原因は成形前のプラスチックが十分に除湿乾燥していないことによるもので、特に吸湿性の強いプラスチック、例えばPET、PA、PMMA、PBTなどは、乾燥風の露点を-40℃以下に下げることを実践的に証明し、同時に熱を制御して含湿性プラスチック粒子の表面に吹き付けることで、成形前の含水率を0.02%以下に下げることができる。
